This policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your registration or request a refund for attendance at ReConnext. It applies to all general attendees and is designed to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Substitutions
If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason, they may substitute someone else to attend in their place. Substitutions must be arranged in advance with the conference registrar by notifying us in writing at info@reconnextconference.com
2. Deferrals
If a registrant is unable to attend and informs the conference registrar in writing by the final date for payment (as displayed on the event website), the paid registration fee may be applied to a place at the same event the following year.
3. Refund Policy
• More than 60 days before the event: 80% refund of registration fees.
• 30–60 days before the event: 50% refund of registration fees.
• Less than 30 days before the event: No refunds are available.
4. Visa Issues
If a visa application is denied, the registration fee will be refunded minus a 50 EURO administration charge, provided written notification is received no later than 10 working days before the event.
Important: Notification for visa-related cancellations must be sent to info@reconnextconference.com no later than 10 working days before the event. Late notifications will not qualify for refunds.
5. Webinars
Webinar bookings canceled more than 30 days before the event are entitled to a 50% refund. After this date, no refunds will be provided. If feasible, an alternative webinar spot may be offered.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed in the following ways:
• Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the same card.
• Bank Transfers: Refunds will be sent to the payee’s nominated bank account.
For international bank transfers, all associated fees will be borne by the registrant.
7. Important Notes
• Refunds will only be processed upon receiving a written request at info@reconnextconference.com
• For printed proceedings or materials ordered by registrants unable to attend, additional postage charges will apply before dispatch.
